Pantheon 2018 Recap
ServiceTitan, the industry-leading provider of field service management software for HVAC, electrical, garage door, and plumbing home service professionals, held its second annual user conference, Pantheon, last week in Los Angeles. Pantheon was designed to provide training to ServiceTitan users and act as a gathering to share knowledge and strategies to improve business and increase ROI. The two-day event was attended by 600+ professionals and featured a variety of opportunities for users to learn, from new software features and product updates to keynote addresses, training, networking opportunities, and more.
We presented at two sessions on the second day, highlighting results from two studies we conducted for the ServiceTitan team. The first session gave attendees an overview of the adoption of cloud-based software in the home services industry. Specifically, we highlighted the driving forces behind adoption rates, the benefits cloud-based software users have versus non-users and how ServiceTitan ranks between its peers in the industry.
I’m proud to say ServiceTitan is leading the industry on a number of fronts. I won’t go into the details as they will be releasing a white paper with the results in the near future. So, stay tuned.
In the second session, we took a deeper dive into the consumer perspectives of home service providers. We identified what’s important to shoppers, who they were, and what experiences they wanted to have with a home service company. In addition, we provided attendees an overview of how consumers rated ServiceTitan’s products features.
In short, ServiceTitan’s platform really hit the mark across all major areas. We will be summarizing key findings in a client brief available to Thrive Analytics research subscribers.
