The Local Search Report™ is a series of reports and insights generated from our ongoing survey of shoppers. These studies, conducted at least twice a year, provide a comprehensive view of how consumers are searching for local products and services. Specifically, these studies monitor the technology, media, and other factors that consumers use or are influenced by during the shopping process.
This main wave provides a comprehensive view of how shoppers use over 30 different types of media when looking for a local product or service. It monitors the path-to-purchase trends for over 100 categories.
In total, 17,962 adult shoppers were interviewed.
The respondents were balanced based on U.S. census data of age, gender, and regional distributions.
