We update the data at least twice a year to ensure we obtain the most current trends. At least 1,000 business owners are surveyed for each wave. In most cases, we survey more. For example, we typically survey over 30,000 business owners and 100,000 consumers annually.
Results from the studies are distributed in a number of ways. We publish results in reports, infographics, charts, blog articles, press releases and we offer a site where our clients can pull data directly from the database. We also fulfill ad hoc data requests for clients and deliver it in the desired format of the client.
